This Refund Policy applies to all Becky Boom digital products, including downloads, digital files, templates, planners, guides, printable pages, stickers, journals, resources, and any other non-physical items sold through our website.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Because our products are digital and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are final once your order is confirmed and access or download has been provided.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products due to change of mind or accidental purchase, except where required by law or as set out in this policy.
WHEN WE WILL HELP
Even though we do not offer refunds as a general rule, we always aim to be fair.

- Issues caused by not reading the product description, file type, or delivery information before purchasing
